Carol McCluskey joined Matthew Brown Solicitors as a Trainee Solicitor in July 2005 after graduating with a BA in History and Psychology and thereafter an LLB at the University of Strathclyde. After completing her Traineeship she has remained with the firm ever since, being appointed as an Associate in 2011.
Carol is the firm’s senior Civil Court Practitioner within the firm regularly appearing at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court and other courts in the area. She deals with all aspects relating to child and family law including divorce and cohabitation claims, financial provision, contact and residence cases and children’s referral proceedings. She is committed to bringing a practical and sensible resolution to a difficult area of law in a sensitive manner. Carol also deals with guardianships, wills, powers of attorney and accident claims.
